The programme, tickets and networking tools in one digital space, accessible on your computer or smartphone
Ahead of SFS 26, taking place on 10 and 11 November 2026 at Allianz Stadium in Turin, SFS Platform helps our community prepare for and take part in the Summit. The platform brings together event information, tickets and tools for connecting with other participants.
Exploring the programme, learning about the speakers and arranging meetings before arriving helps participants make time for the sessions and people most relevant to them. Here is how to use the main features.
Getting started and completing your profile
SFS Platform is available in Italian and English and runs directly in a browser on your computer or smartphone, with no app store download required. You can also add an icon to your phone’s Home screen for easier access.
When registering, use the email address associated with your ticket. This also applies if a company or another person bought it on your behalf: you need the email linked to you as the participant, which may differ from the purchaser’s address. Signing in requires your email, password and a verification code sent by email.
When you first sign in, you will be asked to complete your profile with your first name, surname, company and role. Adding a photo, a short biography and professional links helps other participants learn more about your work.
Exploring the programme and the SFS 26 community
The event page includes the programme organised by day. You can search by session title or speaker name and filter by stage, format and category. Opening a session provides its description and access to the profiles of the people taking part.
The speaker, partner and participant sections help you discover who will be at the Summit. Partner companies also list their representatives, while the participant directory shows people who have chosen to make their profiles visible. The platform also provides location information and a map of the venue.
Finding your ticket and entry QR code
The Ticket section contains the tickets associated with your account’s email address. Open a ticket to access the QR code to show at the entrance. You can also download a PDF copy to save on your device or print.
If your ticket does not appear, first check that your account email matches the participant email associated with it. If the ticket is still being issued, its QR code and PDF will become available once that process is complete.
Arranging meetings and starting conversations
The networking tools allow participants to request meetings and exchange messages with others attending the event. Available features depend on the ticket type and each person’s settings.
Where the meeting request option is available, you can choose an open time slot and send a request. The meeting is confirmed only when the recipient accepts. Once confirmed, the meeting details include the day, time and assigned table. In the “Meetings” section, using the “Manage Availability” feature, you can track sent and received requests, manage your availability, and review your appointments.
Chat provides a way to introduce yourself and exchange information. Some ticket types allow you to reply to incoming messages, but not to start new conversations. Chat remains available after the Summit, so conversations started during the event can continue.
Notifications and personal preferences
Notifications bring together updates from the organisers, new messages and meeting updates, including reminders before appointments. To receive alerts on your device, you can enable push notifications and allow them in your browser. On iPhone, SFS Platform must first be added to the Home screen.
Your profile settings let you update your details, manage your visibility and choose your contact preferences. Your email address and phone number are not shown to other participants.
Ahead of SFS 26, we invite our community to complete their profiles, explore the programme and check their tickets on SFS Platform. The user guide provides detailed instructions for each feature.
