The photo in question did not go unnoticed by football fans.

Ravenna supporters went wild, hoping that the champion might join their club.

Unfortunately, it was just a jersey swap with the president of the team, which plays in Serie D.

In exchange, the entrepreneur received a jersey from Ronaldo “the Phenomenon,” and the whole event was captured in a photo.

Who is the president of Ravenna?

The club is headed by Ignazio Cipriani, a young entrepreneur with a well-known surname.

In fact, he is the grandson of Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of Harry’s Bar in Venice.

Additionally, the 35-year-old is also the nephew of Raul Gardini, another famous name.

Gardini was an entrepreneur himself, as well as a company executive, and he was originally from Ravenna.

His connection to sports dates back a long time, as his company had sponsored a basketball team, among other things.

That company was Enimont, a major corporation resulting from the union of public and private chemical industries.

It was created in collaboration with Eni and had an annual turnover of around 15,500 billion lire.

The team that Enimont chose to sponsor was Libertas Livorno.

Furthermore, Enimont also ventured into Formula 1, with Ferrari placing the logo on the front wing of the 640 F1.

The 35-year-old was quickly recognized in the Romagna city, not only for his origins but also for the ambitious project he presented.

The Project of Patron Cipriani

In a press conference, the young entrepreneur outlined the future of the club.

The desire is to elevate Ravenna, engaging the fans.

One of the goals is to increase international visibility by leveraging sponsors.

Indeed, the technical sponsor will be Nike for four years, and another partner will be Black Duck, a football investment fund formed by Niccolò Maisto and Michele Attisani.

Additionally, the club’s logo has been revamped to make it more contemporary.
