GOAL.COM, an online newspaper in the football content sector, will help the Social Football Summit reach a new generation of Football Industry fans as a media partner.

The objective of the media partnership stems from the desire to give visibility to the project and to be able to report on its most interesting dynamics. For three years now, GOAL.COM has been a media partner of the Social Football Summit, a winning combination as these two realities are keen to be at the avant-garde. With GOAL.COM, the Social Football Summit wants to take its content formats to a ‘conversational’ level, created by the global GOAL brand, owned by Footballco, the world’s largest digital media company reaching hundreds of millions of fans worldwide every month through its network of fan-first publishing brands, led by GOAL, whose content surpassed one billion video views on social media in 2022.

Renato Maisani, Editorial Director Europe of FootballCo comments on the media partnership: “The Social Football Summit is an important opportunity for everyone to analyse the development process of the entire sports industry, and for this reason also this year, for the third consecutive time, we have decided to be media partner of the event, in order to be able to tell the end users about the main dynamics of a sector that presents ever new and increasingly interesting players and balances”.

“We are thrilled that GOAL.COM has renewed for the third time as media partner of the SFS,” said Gianfilippo Valentini Founder of the Social Football Summit. “The news reporting done by GOAL.COM, will provide extensive coverage of the insights discussed during the event. With a roster of world-class speakers coming to SFS23 from every area of the industry, GOAL.COM readers can expect quality content coming their way.”

The sixth edition of the Social Football Summit will feature over 45 panels, 2 stages, 3 dedicated halls, 1 innovation zone and 1 networking area. The event will be broadcast in Italian and English and will be visible, also digitally, on the dedicated platform.  Specifically, it will deal with: investment & innovation (metaverse, blockchain, AI), revenues and business models, inclusion, impact and sustainability, creativity and digital disruption.

Two intense days of great quality that will also feature workshops dedicated to the FIGC, Lega Serie A, Lega B and Lega Pro in the Champions Hall of the Olympic Stadium. Masterclasses will also be organised inside one of the changing rooms of the Olympic Stadium, a unique training experience. The event will be rounded off with a gala dinner on 21 November, during which the Football Summit Awards will be presented, 15 awards to some of the protagonists of the football industry in the 2022/23 season.
