From youth football to professional football, the management of talent
On the occasion of the 2024–2025 Primavera Coppa Italia Final, which will be played at the Gianni Brera Arena at 3:00 PM, Lega Serie A has organized a moment of discussion and conversation on youth football and talent.
The recent successes of the youth national teams have highlighted the effectiveness of the Italian approach to discovering and developing talent, offering promising prospects for the future of Italian football.
The event will provide an opportunity to analyze the role of clubs, institutions, and academies in shaping the champions of tomorrow, discussing training methodologies, scouting, and approaches in youth development.
The event will host around 10 high-profile speakers, representing institutions, clubs, federations, leagues, and players.
